After a few years of building watches overseas, we found ourselves unsatisfied with the final product. The problem: Competing on price meant sacrificing our original vision.
We knew that creating the quintessential watch — one that would span multiple lifetimes without taking a lifetime to purchase — was possible. We just had to define and manage the process, from beginning to end.
At Lonegrade we believe a watch worth having doesn’t simply tell time, it should celebrate the passage of it. Rather than being a symbol for the future of watchmaking, our watches represent a respect and admiration for its past — a time when the watch on your wrist wasn’t connected to your phone, but to the memory of a person, a moment, or a place that you cherish.
